Told that because NISSAN is getting "heat" they need to provide jobs that pay well and allows the employee to sustain themselves. LOTS of people that thought they'd be longterm temps are going to become "official" NISSAN. Why? Maybe it's because the "feds" Dept. of Labor are cracking the whip. Good Ole Boys have their "pants down" if anyone has "issues" of inhumanity or racism they should speak now. Danny Glover is even speaking out against NISSAN. The company "outside" of Tennessee has a really bad reputation. Also the "Foreign soil" issue at the Rutherford plant needs to be investigated. NISSAN owes America 1.4 Billion - has about 4 billion in American IDB debt. How can it be that NISSAN does NOT have to follow the rules of America and can be treated like an Embassy. Lots of people say weird stuff and I've been told "that's how" NISSAN gets away with being a bully. It's the Japanese culture. Well- Until YOU pay back America NISSAN should follow the rules of America. Maybe that's what's happening?

Sharyn Bovat sent her now "ex" lawyer a certified letter on January 3rd to confirm he had issued subpoenas. Good thing she did. The client file shows Kline did nothing. He issued the Subpoenas on the 13th - ONLY after the certified letter. Bovat had told him for OVER a year who she wanted to testify. Kline Preston is a smart man - Bovat believed in him UNTIL he texted her that Stephen Preston was her Brother. Sharyn was treated unfairly in the courts. NISSAN had an economic motive. In reference to Kline Preston one must ask the question WHY? Marsha Blackburn might have that answer if not there's always the CIA.
The Security Tape Bovat Repeatedly Asked for is NOT in the Client File. All Bovat can see is a discovery form dated December 2010. Bovat did send Mr. Preston ANOTHER certified letter on in November specifically about the discovery. Bovat will be able to prove that Mr. Preston repeatedly told her "he had everything under control"... He even yelled at her one time for no trusting him. All that will be proved soon- when i ask for a retrial of the misdemeanor = to a speeding ticket.

Prior to trial Bovat gor a call that Kline Preston was working against her. She wanted to believe the best in him. He was the Treasurer for Marsha Blackburn and he was currently the President of Marsha Blackburn Inc. Bovat has suffered IRS retaliation and it was Blackburn's office that intervened. YES!! NISSAN did not do Bovat's tax forms correctly and made the relocation expenses of Carlos Tavares "income" Bovat was going to have to pay $1500 in taxes for money reimbursed to her- the expenses were a washer dryer, Comcast set up, a satellite dish... Mr. Tavares did not have an American social security # - she did not want to have his private credit card # so Bovat was told by NISSAN HR to use her credit card & she'd be reimbursed. After she whistle blew the 1099 was done incorrectly. Sharyn called and asked for a revision and NISSAN refused. Copies of corresponded will be put in a new motion showing the abuse of the whistle blower. An amendment to the compliant will be filed shortly.
Sharyn Bovat: Sunday January 20th went through her official client profile given to her by Kline Preston. The documents show that Bovat sent Mr. Preston certified letters to ensure he would file the subpoenas. A blank pre trial diversion was in the back of the file and it was not filled out. This could have been the form that Bovat was asked o sign without viewing. Bovat will take a lie detector test if needed to prove the statement by Williamson ADA Terry Wood is false. She was not offered this. In fact if this is what Mr. Preston was talking to Bovat about in March 2011 then Bovat sees the need for the TBI to investigate. Bovat was put on the docket 1st that day. Mr. Wood never spoke to her about it and she never got to see the document. Bovat has touched the document briefly today but would be happy to hand it over to a lab to be tested for finger prints. Sharyn was told racketeering happened. It's about Federal money , state money , NISSAN executives cutting deals , land deals, the reason why higher level NISSAN executives allowed this to happen is "most likely" they were protecting the CEO Carlos Ghosn. His involvement with ex CIA he met at Michelin and were connected to the cover up of the Lockerbie crash

Fender- a cat that gave my child love when her mommy was too busy "fighting" for human decency. Life is full of memories and this feline is a special one. I'm going to cry for a while... then keep fighting. My child needs to know that her mommy spoke up for what is morally right. Discrimination needs to end. Women in management went from 20.9% in 2006 to 10% in 2009 the year I whistle blew. If I stop fighting then my little girl has limited hope for being treated fairly in the future.

This statement from ADA is not true &/or misleading. Mr. Tavares because his subpoena was quashed - by Judge Robbie Beal Less than 2 days before my trial started.
Since I hired Kline I had emailed him for over a year telling him I wanted Mr. Tavares to testify. Many times I told him when Mr. Tavares would be in town and I told him he was moving to France. I wanted a statement "in writing" from Mr. Tavares. The fact is Mr. Tavares contacted me AFTER my blog started. He personally emailed me AFTER NISSAN declared me the #2 security threat. He had EVERY opportunity to do a notarized affidavit saying I was a STALKER and he NEVER did. If he "thought" I was a stalker he could have giving NISSAN HR emails I sent him BEFORE the Forward by Rule was set up after my arrest. Mr. Tavares gave me 2 email addresses to contact him - His wife gave me hers. He replied to email that I sent him from an address set up to look like a relative. I was given advice AFTER I blogged from a NISSAN IT person who KNEW Tavares wanted me to blog.
Last November (2012) when picking up my child's birthday cake at Costco I forgot my card and when I went to get another they had me give my address. They said "are you related to Carlos Antunes" ... they said and there's another name. I told the lady "it's TAVARES" why would his information pop up. She said they still used MY address.

Jeff Draper is/was in charge of IT security for the top NISSAN executives. He was sent to Mr. Tavares office after I started my blog to have my email address “removed” from the computer of Mr. Tavares. Mr. Tavares told him NOT to do it. After that happened I was told the Mr. Tavares took his computer with him at all times. After talking to Jeff I created an email address with the name Helen Marie Tavares as part of the address so “if” anyone at NISSAN IT says the address they would think it was a “relative”. When I got an email from Tavares at that address I knew that the blog was a definite GO!!! Mr. Tavares knew that I had done work for former government/political operatives. My blog NEVER would have lasted this long if I did not “check out”.

Mr. Stout.....had no intention of helping me with my security problem.He threatened me with my references and it could have been over in Early March. He's the one that kept it going. He met with me a second time to give me a letter? The man interrogated me twice.He's the one that is pushing legal to sue me. I know that because a Nissan lawyer called me on my home number and Mr. Stout is the only person at Nissan to have ever done that. He crossed the line.
